Daddy's girl

This is my husbands brother Tom and his only daughter Aariana. They were out here visiting us this past week, so I forced them to let me take pictures of them. I probably should not have made the following announcement as we got out of the car "okay Daigle's watch out for the red ants and the snake holes". Apparently those are not comforting words to a 9 year old so poor Aariana was scared through the whole shoot. But she pulled it together being the trooper that she is and gave me some of the sweetest faces to capture. They were actually one of the few shoots that I have done where they did not ask how I want them to pose, which pleased the heck out of me because I do not want to pose people I just want to capture them acting natural and real. These pictures warm my heart to see how much A loves her daddy and how much he loves her.

An American Soldier and his Gal.

This couple is fabulous. He leaves in two days to serve our country in Afghanistan. She will be waiting at home for his safe return. He is a hero. She is a Hero. Thank you Jason for serving our country and ensuring our freedom. Thank you Janessa for standing by the love of your life as he serves our country. Jason and Janessa are both beautiful people on the outside, and to have hearts like these two, proves they are even more beautiful on the inside. A million thanks to both of you and a million prayers for the months to come. God Bless both of you. We are all so blessed to have people like you in this world.
Oh yeah, the adorable mutt is their firstborn, Doyle.

Janessa is so silly.

An attempt at throwing daisies.

He loves me.....

He loves me not.....
He loves me.

and a p.s. thank you to my assistant Emily from England who picked, cut and threw the daisies.
